Senpai is an Otokonoko
Makoto Hanoka, a second year student, easily attracts the attention of other people. First year student Saki AOE is no exception, and she falls in love with Makoto at first sight. Being a lively and vibrant personality, she does not hesitate to accept her feelings for her senior. However, Makoto is quite different from the person who considers Saki: Makoto is not a girl, but a cross-dressing boy!
After revealing his famous mystery to Saki, Makoto hopes he will be disgusting. Surprisingly, he is imprisoned by this revelation. However, he still rejects him, but Saki’s determination does not prevent him from announcing that he will become his first love. With Saki and her childhood friend, the world of Makoto becomes bright, which gives them strength between their interests and the conflict between the expectations on it.
